Homemade Game Ideas...for CHRISTMAS!

We absolutely love making homemade games for our sibling gift exchange!
Here are a few ideas of what we've done...

Bubble Talk...
This is the funnest game and sooo easy to make!  You just need funny photos and captions!  It's played like apples to apples.  You can google bubble talk to get the full directions. Here are a few examples of funny photos we used for the game! The captions we used are on a post called "Bubble Talk Caption Cards"....

Yahtzee...
So easy!  You just buy wooden blocks at a craft store and put photos on them for customized dice.  Then you make a new Yahtzee card where each photo represents a number.  example: mom= number 1, dad = number 2, etc...

Guess Who?
We took an old guess who game board from a yard sale  and re-did it with family photos!  Super funny!

CLUE....
We re-did this game to be "clueless".  Instead of murders it was funny.  Example:  it was Luke, in the hall, making brownies with a hairdryer.
Here are some photos of the box we made.  NOTE_use an old box and game board...yard sales are loaded with these and they're cheap!!!

Nashi to Nashi...
Instead of apples to apples we did the yummy Japanese pear version of that for my sister.  We made all the cards to match up with their family's friends, funny sayings, inside jokes, etc....

BEUNO...
We did an UNO game for my sister, who's last name is BEUS.  So we combined it to make BEUNO.  The cards were all customized with cards that had family photos on them.  It was fun to make!

We've done lots of other ones too...

We did RISK for my
brother Rick so we called it RIKS.

We also did a family tree-via.  It was family trivia questions.  Each time you answer correctly you add onto the family tree.  The one who finishes building their tree first wins!
